Welcome to Hilal Silk. By using hilalsilk.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell silk and textile articles. Our pieces are natural, handwoven, and often hand-dyed; slight variation in colour, weave, and texture is inherent to the craft and is not a defect. Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual fabric.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is unavailable, mispriced, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will reverse the payment in full.

Pricing. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; the price applied is the one shown when your order is confirmed.

Payment. We accept card payment through our payment gateway, direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan. Orders paid by transfer are processed once the transfer is confirmed. COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we may limit COD for high-value orders.

Returns & exchanges. All sales are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. We operate an exchange-only policy; monetary refunds are not offered.

Intellectual property. All content on this website — text, imagery, the Hilal name, logo, and designs — is the property of Hilal Silk and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Hilal Silk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
