Where we ship. Across Pakistan, and internationally via DHL and FedEx.

Processing. Orders are processed within [1–3] working days of payment confirmation (or COD confirmation). Pieces requiring special handling may take longer; we will keep you informed.

Domestic (Pakistan). Delivery via trusted courier partners, typically [2–5] working days after dispatch depending on city. Charges are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available within Pakistan. [Free shipping on domestic orders over PKR 15,000.]

International. Delivery via DHL or FedEx, typically [7–14] working days after dispatch depending on destination. Charges are shown at checkout. COD is not available on international orders; payment is by card or bank transfer in advance.

Duties & taxes. International orders may attract import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Where not collected at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking. Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp on dispatch.

Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control, but we will always help you follow up.
